Key Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of people and property
- Deliver courteous and professional customer service
- Follow all security protocols and procedures
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance
- Assess and manage potential risks
- Operate CCTV systems to monitor activity
- Handle manual setup and removal of bollards and mobile mall furniture
Essential Requirements
- Current Security Licence
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification
- Previous experience in retail or mall security highly regarded
- Flexible availability for day/night shifts, including weekends
- Physical fitness suitable for patrolling duties
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proven reliability and punctuality
