For Job Seekers (Security Guards):

  • Security licence numbers, expiry dates, and issuing authority
  • Proof of identity and work rights in Australia
  • Any other information you choose to include in your Guard Hire profile

For Employers:

  • Business name, ABN, and Master Licence details
  • Contact person, business address, and communication details
  • Billing and payment information
  • Job listings and hiring preferences

Automatically Collected Data:

  • Device, browser, and session information
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Cookies and usage analytics for service optimisation.

3. How We Collect Information

Information is collected through:

  • Direct input when registering or creating a profile
  • Applications or job postings on the platform
  • Customer enquiries and support communications
  • Website analytics tools and cookies

You may choose to withhold certain details, but doing so may limit your ability to use key features of the platform.


4. Lawful Use and Purpose

Guard Hire processes personal information under the following lawful bases:
