Role Summary
We are recruiting a Full-Time Security Officer to support a major retail precinct in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast. This position requires a confident, service-focused professional who can maintain safety, manage dynamic situations, and uphold a strong security presence in a busy public setting.
Core Duties
Provide courteous and proactive customer service while carrying out all security functions.
Conduct visible patrols, monitor behaviour within the precinct, and ensure access points remain secure.
Act swiftly and appropriately to emergencies, alarms, disturbances, and calls for assistance.
Identify vulnerabilities or emerging risks and take appropriate steps to minimise them.
Maintain situational awareness across all areas of the site to support a safe operating environment.
Produce accurate, detailed incident reports and operational logs.
