Position Overview
We are seeking Casual Corporate Security Officers to join our expanding team in Sydney. Officers will provide security coverage across multiple corporate sites in the Sydney CBD and surrounding areas, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and visitors while delivering high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Locations: CBD, Alexandria, North Ryde, North Sydney, Macquarie Park, Erskine Park
Key Responsibilities
• Implement site-specific security procedures and follow established operational protocols to safeguard assets and personnel.
• Deliver professional, courteous service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct routine patrols and maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report incidents, alarms, and safety hazards promptly and accurately.
• Support site access control and manage visitor entry systems.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times, representing both the company and client positively.
Skills and Requirements
• Current NSW Security Licence.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (HLTAID011, HLTAID010, HLTAID009).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use computer systems for reporting, monitoring, and visitor management.
• High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience in customer-facing or concierge roles is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, discretion, and initiative.
