About the Role
Security Officers play a key part in maintaining a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for patrolling designated areas, assisting the public, and responding to incidents in line with established procedures. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with shifts spanning weekdays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine patrols to safeguard people, property, and assets.
Provide courteous and professional customer service across all interactions.
Follow security procedures, reporting requirements, and site protocols.
Respond to alarms, emergencies, and calls for assistance.
Assess risks and act decisively to support safety outcomes.
Requirements
Current Security Officer licence.
First Aid and CPR certification.
Experience in a retail security setting (advantageous.)
Availability for day/night shifts, including weekends.
Good physical fitness for patrol-based duties.
Reliable transport (preferred.)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Proven reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
Valid Australian work rights (mandatory.)
