I hold a current and valid security licence for this state or territory.
I am legally entitled to work in Australia (Citizen / PR / valid work visa)
I can provide photo ID and proof of work rights if required.
I have never had my security licence suspended, cancelled, or refused.
I have completed a recognised security training course (ie Cert II or III in Security Operations)
I hold a current First Aid certificate (HLTAID011 or higher)
I hold a current working with children check (work location specific)
I have completed additional relevant training (e.g. Crowd Control, RSA, Firearms, WHS)
I am willing to complete refresher or site-specific training when required.
I have previous experience working as a security guard.
I have managed or reported a security incident as part of my duties.
I am confident using two-way radios and analogue or digital reporting systems.
I have reliable transport to attend sites as required.
I am available to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays if rostered (to be confirmed by employer)
I am comfortable interacting with clients, staff and members of the public in a professional manner.
I am capable of performing patrols, standing for long periods and responding to incidents when required.
I understand the importance of punctuality, presentation and maintaining site confidentiality.
I agree to undergo background, reference and police checks as part of the employment process.
I am able to follow written and verbal instructions clearly and accurately.
I am comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
I have a current RSA Certification (location specific)
