Panthers Group is Western Sydney’s premier entertainment, hospitality, and leisure organisation, delivering world-class experiences across Greater Western Sydney and regional NSW.
As one of NSW’s largest licensed club groups, Panthers Group operates multiple premium venues and is home to the four-time consecutive NRL Premiers (2021–2024), the Penrith Panthers, recognised as one of the most successful teams of the modern era. In 2025, the Panthers Women joined the Harvey Norman NSW Women’s Premiership, reflecting the organisation’s commitment to growth and inclusion in elite sport.
Panthers Group also manages landmark facilities including the Pullman Sydney Penrith, Western Sydney’s first international five-star hotel, and the Western Sydney Convention Centre, a state-of-the-art venue capable of hosting up to 1,000 guests for major events, conferences, and celebrations.
With a combined membership of more than 125,000 members, Panthers Group is a proud community-owned organisation. Through initiatives such as the Panthers Foundation and ClubGRANTS, the Group reinvests into community programs, facilities, and regional development.
