Role Overview
We are recruiting Security Officers for multiple sites across Brisbane. Positions are available on a casual, part-time and full-time basis, with flexibility across weekdays, weekends and rotational rosters. Successful applicants will provide frontline security, safety and customer service support across a variety of operational environments.
Security licence holders who are new to the industry are encouraged to apply. Earnings may reach up to $110,000 per annum depending on availability, shift patterns, overtime and classification level.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service to clients, visitors and contractors.
- Manage gatehouse operations and access control.
- Monitor CCTV and electronic security systems proactively.
- Conduct regular building patrols to identify risks, hazards and faults.
- Support tenants, facilities teams and building management.
- Administer contractor and delivery processes, including dock management.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and unplanned events.
- Prepare clear and accurate incident reports.
- Undertake additional duties as operationally required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong customer service capability with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work across a rotational roster (days, nights and weekends).
Australian citizenship or unrestricted work rights.
Valid Queensland Security Licence (including Monitoring subclass).
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Physical capability to undertake extended patrols and standing duties.
Competence in report writing and use of security systems (access control, CCTV, Microsoft applications).
Highly Desirable
Crowd Control endorsement.
Experience within corporate real estate or high-profile commercial environments.
