About the Role:
Join a leading security provider expanding across Tasmania. These casual roles involve patrolling multiple sites, ensuring safety, responding to incidents, and providing professional security services. Full availability and flexibility are preferred to meet 24/7 operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol and monitor sites, performing general security duties including lockups
Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies with professionalism
Observe and report incidents accurately
Maintain the safety and integrity of buildings and assets
Communicate effectively within the team and with clients
Use IT systems for reporting and administration
Requirements:
Current Tasmanian Security Licence
First Aid Certificate
Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Check
Flexibility for rotating rosters, including nights and weekends
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
Physical fitness to patrol and handle high-pressure situations
Full legal right to work in Australia
Desirable:
- Experience in healthcare or high-security environments
- IT literacy and familiarity with security systems
