Security Supervisor / Site Manager

Securecorp is seeking an experienced and people-focused Security Supervisor / Site Manager to lead service delivery within a professional security environment. This role is ideal for a confident leader who combines strong operational security knowledge with a practical, hands-on management style.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of a security team, acting as the key liaison between clients, tenants, and stakeholders while ensuring service excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, tenants, and customers
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of security officers
- Manage SOPs, audits, reporting, and quality assurance
- Coordinate staff rosters, training, and screening
- Oversee control room operations where required
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, including First Aid
- Drive continuous improvement through operational reviews
About You
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience leading small to medium teams
- Proven experience in rostering, training, and staff screening
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High standards for compliance, safety, and service delivery
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
- Sound computer skills (email, Word, Excel, reporting)
Mandatory Requirements
- Current NSW Security Licence (including Crowd Controller & Monitoring)
- Valid security qualifications
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Full Australian working rights
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Control Room Accreditation
- Certificate IV in Security Risk Management or similar
- Experience in stakeholder and tenant liaison
- Strong customer service focus
