About the Role
We are looking for a professional and experienced Part Time Security Guard to join our operations in Glen Waverley. This position is suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining safety, demonstrates strong situational awareness, and can produce clear, accurate incident reporting.
The role involves extensive foot patrols across 12-hour shifts, requiring reliable physical endurance and a consistent commitment to high service standards.
Key Requirements
- Current Security Licence.
- Minimum of two years’ operational security experience.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
Primary Responsibilities
• Provide a professional and customer-focused security presence
• Patrol, observe, and secure designated areas
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Identify and mitigate security risks
• Manage access points for staff, visitors, and contractors
• Maintain detailed incident reports and shift documentation
